Why it occurs
This error occurs when the entity ID is restricted or blocked by the DLT provider due to one or more of the following reasons:
– Violation of DLT regulations or policies
– Non-compliance with registration or messaging guidelines
– Suspicious or flagged activity by the DLT system
Steps to resolve the issue
1. Verify entity ID status on the DLT portal
– Log in to your respective DLT portal.
– Locate the principal entity ID in your account and check its current status.
– If it is marked as blacklisted or restricted, reach out to your DLT provider for clarification and to request reactivation.
2. Contact Support if entity appears active
If your DLT portal shows the entity ID as active, but you are still encountering error 4115, take the following steps:
– Capture a screenshot of the entity ID’s status as shown on the DLT portal.
– Email the screenshot and a description of the issue to our support team at [email protected].
Please include the following details:
– Your Infobip account username
– The affected principal entity ID
– Any error codes or relevant messages received
– Steps already taken to resolve the issue
