Why it occurs
Activation issues usually occur when there are configuration problems in one or more chatbot elements. The system will display an issue warning, which helps point to the problematic dialogue or element that is blocking activation.
Steps to resolve the issue
1. Locate the faulty dialogue
– Look for the issue warning banner in the chatbot builder.
– Click on the warning to navigate directly to the affected dialogue.
– Once inside, inspect each element to find errors such as missing required values, incorrect variable references, and incomplete routing logic.
– Fix the issues and try activating the chatbot again.
