I can’t create a new chatbot

If you’re unable to create a new chatbot in Answers and the New Chatbot button is missing, it’s typically due to incorrect or missing user roles. This guide outlines how to quickly resolve the issue.

Why it occurs

The most common reason for not seeing the New Chatbot button is that the Answers Designer role has not been assigned to your user account. Without this role, you won’t have permission to create chatbots.

Steps to resolve the issue

1. Check your user roles

– Go to Users and Teams in the Infobip portal.
– Find and select your user profile. Select the three dots → Edit.
– Go to the Roles tab.
– Make sure the Answers Designer role is enabled.
