– If needed, switch to another active and approved header to proceed with message sending.
2. Contact Support if the header appears active
– If the header shows as active but the error persists, take a screenshot from the DLT portal as proof.
– Email the screenshot and a full description of the issue to [email protected].
– Include your Infobip account username and any relevant message request details for faster resolution.
