Connectivity issues
If you cannot connect to any of our IP addresses, first check for issues on the networking layer between your terminating equipment and Infobip equipment. Then, do the following:
- Use
ping
andtelnet
commands to assist in this process. - Always perform these actions from the source addresses you use to access Infobip services (IP addresses).
- SMPP addresses do not accept ping commands; use telnet instead.
If the issue is not on the networking layer and you have double-checked your configuration, contact our Support for assistance with your investigation.
