Error code 4108 – EC_SENDER_BLOCKED_BY_DLT means that the DLT provider has blocked your message sender ID. This can happen due to:
- Non-compliance with DLT regulations
- Incomplete registration or missing approvals
- Other restrictions set by the DLT provider
Steps to resolve the issue
Step 1: Check sender status on the DLT portal
Log into your respective DLT portal and check the status of the sender ID.
If the sender ID is blocked/inactive, contact your DLT provider directly to understand the reason for the restriction and request reactivation.
If necessary, use an alternative active sender ID registered on the DLT platform to continue sending messages.
Step 2: Contact Support if the sender appears active on DLT
If the sender ID is not blocked on your DLT portal but you still receive error 4108, follow these steps:
1. Take a screenshot from your DLT portal showing the sender ID as Active.
