Error code 4108 – EC_SENDER_BLOCKED_BY_DLT means that your message sender ID has been blocked by the DLT Provider. This can happen due to:

  • Incomplete registration or missing approvals
  • Other restrictions set by the DLT Provider

Steps to resolve the issue

Step 1: Check Sender Status on the DLT Portal

Log into your respective DLT portal and check the status of the sender ID.

– If the sender ID is blocked/inactive, contact your DLT provider directly to understand the reason for the restriction and request reactivation.

– If necessary, use an alternative Active sender ID registered on the DLT platform to continue sending messages.

Step 2: Contact Support if Sender Appears Active on DLT

If the sender ID is not blocked on your DLT portal but you still receive error 4108, follow these steps:

– Take a screenshot from your DLT portal showing the sender ID as Active.

– Email the screenshot along with a detailed description of the issue to our support team at [email protected].

Providing these details will help our team investigate and assist you in resolving the issue efficiently.
