Error code 4108 – EC_SENDER_BLOCKED_BY_DLT means that your message sender ID has been blocked by the DLT Provider. This can happen due to:
- Non-compliance with DLT regulations
- Incomplete registration or missing approvals
- Other restrictions set by the DLT Provider
Steps to resolve the issue
Step 1: Check Sender Status on the DLT Portal
Log into your respective DLT portal and check the status of the sender ID.
– If the sender ID is blocked/inactive, contact your DLT provider directly to understand the reason for the restriction and request reactivation.
– If necessary, use an alternative Active sender ID registered on the DLT platform to continue sending messages.
Step 2: Contact Support if Sender Appears Active on DLT
If the sender ID is not blocked on your DLT portal but you still receive error 4108, follow these steps:
– Take a screenshot from your DLT portal showing the sender ID as Active.
