Error code 4110 – EC_ENTITY_BLOCKED_BY_DLT means that the DLT Provider has blocked the principal entity ID of a message. This can happen due to:

  • Non-compliance with DLT regulations
  • Incomplete registration or missing approvals
  • Other restrictions set by the DLT Provider

Steps to resolve the issue

Step 1: Check Entity ID status on the DLT Portal

Log into your respective DLT portal and check the status of the Entity ID.

If the Entity ID is blocked/inactive, contact your DLT provider directly to understand the reason for the restriction and request reactivation.

If necessary, use an alternative Active Entity ID registered on the DLT platform to continue sending messages.

Step 2: Contact Support if Entity ID appears active on DLT

If the Entity ID is not blocked on your DLT portal but you still receive error 4110, follow these steps:

1. Take a screenshot from your DLT portal showing the Entity ID as Active.

2. Email the screenshot and a detailed description of the issue to our Support team at [email protected].
