Error code 4110 – EC_ENTITY_BLOCKED_BY_DLT means that the principal entity ID of a message has been blocked by the DLT Provider. This can happen due to:

  • Non-compliance with DLT regulations
  • Incomplete registration or missing approvals
  • Other restrictions set by the DLT Provider

Steps to resolve the issue

Step 1: Check Entity ID Status on the DLT Portal

Log into your respective DLT portal and check the status of the Entity ID.

– If the Entity IDis blocked/inactive, contact your DLT provider directly to understand the reason for the restriction and request reactivation.

– If necessary, use an alternative Active Entity ID registered on the DLT platform to continue sending messages.

Step 2: Contact Support if Entity ID Appears Active on DLT

If the Entity ID is not blocked on your DLT portal but you still receive error 4110, follow these steps:

– Take a screenshot from your DLT portal showing the Entity ID as Active.
