What is an alphanumeric sender?

Alphanumeric sender is a short name, between 3 and 11 characters long, that appears as the sender of SMS messages instead of a phone number.  A well-chosen sender name can improve message open rates and engagement, as it is easily recognizable and associated with your brand. Important: if you plan to send messages to different countries, you will need to request a separate sender for each country.

You can easily get your own alphanumeric sender by answering the following questions and sending them to our team at [email protected]. We will go through your use case and email you back with all the details and needed documentation.
