Steps to resolve the issue
1. Check variable lengths in the template
– Review each variable used in your template and ensure it is no longer than 30 characters.
– Shorten any content that exceeds the limit, including spaces and special symbols.
2. Contact Support if all variables are within the limit
If all variables comply with the character limit, but the error persists:
– Take a screenshot from your DLT portal showing the template ID and content.
– Send the screenshot and a description of the issue to [email protected].
