Why am I getting error code 4114 – EC_ENTITY_INACTIVE?

Error code 4114 – EC_ENTITY_INACTIVE occurs when the principal entity ID used for sending messages is inactive or disabled on the DLT (Distributed Ledger Technology) platform. As a result, messages cannot be delivered.

Why it occurs

This error is typically caused by:

Temporary deactivation due to compliance or verification issues
– Other restrictions imposed by the DLT provider

Steps to resolve the issue

1. Check entity ID status on the DLT portal

– Log in to your DLT portal and review the status of the entity ID.
– If it appears inactive or blocked, contact your DLT provider for details and request reactivation.
– If possible, use an alternative active entity ID that is approved and registered.

2. Contact Support if the entity ID appears active
