– A mismatched or incorrect entity ID in your message request
– The entity ID not being registered on the DLT portal
– Pending DLT account activation or registration issues

Steps to resolve the issue

1. Verify entity ID on the DLT portal

– Log in to your respective DLT portal.
– Check if the entity ID is correctly registered and active.
– Ensure the ID used in the message matches exactly what is registered on the platform.

2. Contact Support if the entity ID is correct

If your entity ID is active and correctly registered, but you’re still receiving error 4113:

– Take a screenshot from the DLT portal showing the entity ID status.
Email the screenshot and a description of the issue to [email protected].

Include the following details:

– Your Infobip account username
– The entity ID in question
– Message content or request details
