Why it occurs

– Temporary deactivation due to compliance or verification issues
– Other restrictions imposed by the DLT provider
Steps to resolve the issue
1. Check entity ID status on the DLT portal
– Log in to your DLT portal and review the status of the entity ID.
– If it appears inactive or blocked, contact your DLT provider for details and request reactivation.
– If possible, use an alternative active entity ID that is approved and registered.
2. Contact Support if the entity ID appears active
If the entity ID is shown as active on the DLT portal but you’re still receiving error 4114, follow these steps:
– Take a screenshot showing the entity ID as active.
– Email the screenshot with a detailed description of the issue to our support team at [email protected].

– The affected entity ID
– Message content or relevant request details
– Any error codes or logs you’ve received
