– Log in to your DLT portal and check the status of the sender header.
– If the header is blacklisted, contact your DLT provider to determine the reason and request reactivation.
– If possible, switch to another approved header to continue sending messages.
2. Contact Support if the header appears active
If the header is listed as active but the error persists, take a screenshot of the header status from the DLT portal. Email the screenshot and a detailed issue description to [email protected].
