Why it occurs
This typically happens when a header is used to send an unusually high volume of messages or patterns that violate DLT regulations, triggering automatic suspension.
Steps to resolve the issue
1. Check header status and review usage in the DLT portal
– Log in to your DLT portal and confirm if the header is suspended.
– If suspended, assess your messaging volume and ensure it aligns with DLT policies.
– Adjust your traffic or distribution strategy as needed and contact your DLT provider for guidance or reactivation.
2. Contact Support if the header appears active
If the header shows as active in your DLT portal, but you continue receiving error 4147:
– Take a screenshot displaying the active header status.
– Email the screenshot and a description of the issue to [email protected].
