Why it occurs
This error indicates that the sender ID is either missing from your account or not correctly configured. For successful message delivery, all sender IDs must be registered and associated with your account in the Infobip system.
Steps to resolve the issue
1. Verify sender ID registration
– Log in to your Infobip account.
– Go to the Senders section and check whether the sender ID in use is registered and active.
2. Use the correct sender ID
– If the current sender ID is unregistered, replace it with a valid sender ID that belongs to your account.
– Ensure your messaging configuration reflects this change.
3. Contact Support
If the sender ID is correctly registered, but you still receive error 375, contact our Support team at [email protected]. Please include:
– Your Infobip account username
– The sender ID you attempted to use
– Details of the error and any troubleshooting steps taken
