Steps to resolve the issue
1. Check template ID status on the DLT portal
– Log in to your DLT portal and verify the status of the template ID.
– If the template is blocked or inactive, contact your DLT provider for clarification and request reactivation.
– As an alternative, use another active and approved template ID from your DLT registration.
2. Contact Support if the template appears active
If the template shows as active on the DLT portal but you’re still receiving error 4111, follow these steps:
– Take a screenshot showing the template’s active status.
– Email it with a detailed description of the issue to [email protected].
Include the following in your message:
– Your Infobip account username
– The affected template ID and message content
– Confirmation that the template is active on the DLT portal
– Any error messages or codes received
