AI hub

EARLY ACCESS

AI hub is a collection of Generative AI (GenAI) tools that you can use to explore the applications of artificial intelligence.

GenAI is a type of artificial intelligence that learns from data input to create a new piece of content. GenAI not only learns from the instructions that you provide but also learns patterns and structures from data input. GenAI uses this information to create new and unique content such as text, videos, images, and audio, which resemble human created content and has similar characteristics to the input.

GenAI tools

Use the tools in the AI hub to perform various tasks such as the following:

  • AI assistants: Create an AI assistant that can perform dedicated tasks such as booking appointments and answering product-related questions.

    You can then integrate the trained assistant in other Infobip solutions such as your chatbot.

  • GenAI Intent detection: Detect the intent of the end user's message. Use this element to route end user messages into conversational flows in Answers chatbots.

  • Multimedia FAQ: Create a set of FAQ questions with multimedia integrated. You can then use the FAQ in other Infobip products, such as your chatbots.

  • GenAI Custom prompt: Use this element to process user messages, generate outputs, or extract parameters based on your instructions.

  • AI Analytics: Test your AI assistant and view end user traffic to the assistant. You can use the insights from these analytics to improve your assistant.
