Steps to resolve the issue
1. Review your Do Not Contact list
– Log in to your Infobip account.
– Navigate to the Do Not Contact configuration section.
– Check if the affected number(s) are listed.
2. Remove numbers if necessary
– If you wish to re-enable communication, follow the portal instructions to remove numbers from the list.
– Ensure you have obtained clear consent from the recipients before doing so.
3. Verify contact permissions
– Confirm that recipients have opted in to receive messages.
– Make sure your actions comply with applicable privacy laws and internal policies.
