– Compare the registered template ID with the one used in your API request.
– If there is a mismatch or missing association, update your request with the correct, linked template ID.
2. Contact Support if the association is correct
If your DLT portal confirms the template ID is properly associated with the principal entity, but the error persists:
– Take a screenshot showing both the registered template ID and associated principal entity ID.
– Email the screenshot along with a detailed description of the issue to [email protected].
